Insomia


Eating a lot of juices and vegetables and drinking freshly squeezed juices is the best way to ensure good sleep. Another remedy you can try is taking some honey before going to bed. You can simply eat eat a tablespoon of honey, drink it dissolved in a cup of boiled water, drink one teaspoon dissolved in a cup of milk, or brew yourself half a cup of green tea with half a tablespoon of honey and 2 teaspoons of cream. Stuffing your pillow with eucalyptus leaves or hay can help you achieve restful sleep. Another simple thing to try is plugging your right nostril with a cotton swab and breathing only through the left nostril for at least five minutes. Two other remedies to deal with insomia are given below.

Remedy No. 1
Ingredients: Dill seeds 50g, sweet red wine 1 qt (1L)
Preparation: Boil together for 1- 2 minutes
Usage: Drink about 50 ml before going to bed

Remedy No. 2
Drink up to 1 qt (1L) of freshly squeezed carrot juice everyday

Cure the Incurable: High Blood Pressure

High Blood Pressure

To reduce blood pressure, it is necessary to cleanse the circulatory system and the liver. Limit your intake of fats and flour based products. Eat more foods rich in Vitamin C and be more physically active.

Remedy No. 1
Ingredients: 1 cup of grated raw beets, 1 cup of honey
Preparation: Mix the ingredients.
Usage: Take1 tablespoon 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals for 3 months

Remedy No. 2
Ingredients: 2 cups of beet juice, 9 oz (250g) of honey,juice from 1 lemon, 1 cup of blackcurrant juice, 1 cup of vodka.
Preparation: Blend the ingredients.
Usage: Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day 1 hour before meals

Remedy No. 3
Ingredients: Juice from 6.6ib (3kg) of onions, 180z (500g) of honey, seed partitions from 25 walnuts, 1 qt (1L) of vodka.
Preparation: Blend onion juice with honey, add walnut partitions, pour vodka over it, and let it stand in a dark place for 10 days.
Usage: Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day

Remedy No. 4
Ingredients: 0.5 qt (0.5L) of vodka and 7 oz (200g) of chopped garlic
Preparation: Pour vodka into a 0.75  quart (0.75L) dark glass bottle, add garlic, close tight, and let it stand in a dark place for 6-8 days (shake it from time to time). Strain the formula, close tightly, and store refrigerated.
Usage: Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day before meals

Remedy No. 5
Ingredients: Seed partitions from 2.2lb (1 kg) of walnuts, 1 qt (1L) of vodka
Preparation: Put walnut partitions in a glass vessel, pour vodka on them, and let it stand until the color resembles strong dark tea
Usage: Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day before meals

Remedy No. 6
Ingredients: 20 g of chopped garlic, 100 g of sugar crystals
Preparation: Mix in glass, fill with boiling water, stir well to completely dissolve sugar, and let it stand for 4-6 hours in a warm place. Store tightly closed in a dark place.
Usage: Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day before meals.

Remedy No. 7
Take 1 teaspoon of noney mixed with cottage cheese 2-3 times a day

Remedy No. 8
Drink a cup of tea with a tablespoon of honey daily before bedtime

Remedy No. 9
Ingredients: 1 lemon without seeds, 7 oz (200 g) of cranberry, 7oz (200g) of wild rose fruit, 70z (200 g) of honey
Preparation: Put the lemon into boiling water for a while, dry it with a piece of cloth, and grate finely. Crush the cranberry and wild rose fruits. Put everything in a glass container, add honey, mix well, and let it stand for 24 hours
Usage: Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day 15 minutes before meals for 14-30 days

Headaches


There are some ways to stop headaches without taking any pharmaceuticals. Try the following methods:

1. (For migraine headaches) Wear an amber necklace for a prolonged period of time.
2. (For migraine headaches) Perform body-cleansing routines - at least for the large intestine, liver, and the lymphatic system.
3. Put your feet (about 10cm deep) in a basin with hot water and drink a hot strong tea with 2 teaspoons of sugar or honey, or a hot mint leaf tea with 2 teaspoons of sugar.
4. If your headache is caused by accumulation of gases in your abdomen, perform an enema (as recommended by Dr. Walker), then lie down and cover your liver area with a thermal pad for 30-45 minutes.
5. Plug your both ears with cotton swabs soaked in freshly squeezed beet or onion juice.

6. Take an alternate hot and cold shower for 10-15 minutes. Start with a hot shower, moving gradually from your feet up to your head, then a cold shower in the same manner, and so on.
7. Before going to bed, suck on a tablespoon of sugar and then drink a cup of warm boiled water.
8. Massage your head, neck, and shoulders.
9. If it feels like one of your nostrils has more difficulty letting the air through, plug the other nostril with a swab and cover it finger, breathing only through one nostril. This should take care of your headache in 15-20 minutes.
10. Perform any set of spine-strengthening exercises, paying particular attention to the cervical section of your spine.
11. Tap the top of your head alternately with your left and right palm (100 times each)
12. Massage strongly your earlobes with your fingers, almost to the point of pinching.

Obesity


Weight reducing diets:

1. For 10 days, eat only different kinds of cereals with some green leafy vegetables added. Cook your cereals in water with no salt added. You can eat up to 7 kinds of cereals a day without limiting the amounts. Limit your intake of fluids as much as possible. This allows you to lose 11 - 14.4lb (5-7kg) of excess weight.
2. Maintain your usual diet, but chew each bite 100 times before it leaves your mouth. Drink only at least 15 minutes before and 2 hours after your meals. If you apply this strictly for a month, you can reduce your weight by 11-22lbs (5-10kg.)
3. In the first week, eat only 2 oranges and 3 hard-boiled eggs (boil for about 12 minutes) 3 times a day. Enrich this diet in large amounts of raw fruits and vegetables in his second week.
4. Drink 3 cup of freshly squeezed cabbage juice and vegetables in the second week.

5. Drink 3 cup of freshly squeezed cabbage juice every morning and evening.
